Your Rights
Under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return most goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund if you change your mind. For faulty or misdescribed items, you have additional rights.
Return Window
You may return unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used dietary supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except where faulty.

Refund Process
